Garden Room Information  (also known as: “The Fine Print”)

Logistics:
The Garden Room is available during and after business hours.  Our business hours are 9am to 7pmMonday- Friday and Saturday from 9amto 4pm.  If your event is during business hours please realize that the room is semi-private.

The Garden Room requires advance reservations.

The room holds 30 guests comfortably for a sit down event during business hours.  After hours the space can hold about 60 for a sit down event and up to 100 for cocktail event.

All food and beverages at your event in the Garden Room must be purchased and served by Laurey’s Catering, Inc staff.

If beer and wine are to be served at your event, it must be purchased from Laurey’s.  If you would like to serve hard liquor at the event, you must provide the liquor but we must serve it and we will provide the mixers. We cannot provide a cash bar for any event.

A Special Events Catering Contract must be on file for events in the Garden Room.


Costs:
There is no rental fee for the Garden Room.  The room must be reserved ahead of time and there is a minimum food and non-alcoholic purchase of $750 during business hours and of $500 after business hours.

Additional charges include service staff, gratuities, rental items and beer/wine if desired

Service staff will be scheduled for your event based on the details and type of event you are having.  Staff is charged hourly for the time of your event as well as set up and clean up (which generally is about 1 ½ hrs at the beginning and end of the event.)  Staff charges are as follows:  Captain: $30.00 per hour (needed for complex events);  Lead  Server or Bartender:  $25 per hour.  All other necessary service staff are billed at $20.00 per hour.

There will be an 20% gratuity charged on all food and beverage for your event.  Gratuities charged on your event are divided among all of the staff here at Laurey's Catering.

As noted above, we would be happy to provide beer and wine for your event.  Flights start at $15 per person and go up from there depending on your selection.  Need help pairing a wine with your meal?  Let us know and we can make suggestions. 


Rental:
Reservation of the Garden Room includes use of our tables, chairs and space.

If you wish to have china, glassware and silverware we are happy to rent those items for you at an additional charge.  Disposables are available if you wish.

If you would like decorative linens, different tables or chairs, more elaborate dish and glassware or any other specialty items, those items are available for rent at an additional charge.  Please let us know and we will work up a quote for you.


Decorations:
If you would like to set up decorations or have a request for special decor, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to achieve your desired look.  The Garden Room is very flexible and can accommodate many different set ups and looks.
