We serve our lunches in individual clear boxes (“snap boys”) that are biodegradable. The napkins are from recycled paper.
If you’d rather have them buffet-style in our cloth-lined, returnable baskets, please add $1.00 per lunch.
Disposable plates and utensils for buffet lunches are $.50 per person.

Our sandwiches are quite special.
We roast the beef and turkey right here. The Roast Beef is locally-raised. The turkey is hormone free.
All other meats are of the highest quality. Bread is locally baked using organic flour.
In season the accompanying parts are locally sourced.
