Salads

We make a number of different salads at Laurey’s.

The selection changes each day.  We’re inspired by the seasons, by what our farmers are growing, and by the day’s weather.  We do make certain salads every day (if we don’t we hear it from our regulars!) but every day we also have brand new offerings.

If it’s Spring, we’ll be featuring spring’s bounty.  If Candy Roaster Squash is in season, we’ll have that.  In Tomato season we’ll have tomato salad.  (This keeps things interesting for you – and for us!)
